• conduct and follow up on consultations and meetings

4. Meeting recordings

We may record video and/or audio during consultations, discovery calls, and client meetings. Recordings are made for two purposes: to allow participants to revisit the conversation upon request, and for internal training and quality improvement.

By booking a meeting with KastleBlack AS and proceeding with the call, you give your explicit consent to being recorded. You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us at hi@kastleblack.com before or at the start of the call – the meeting will proceed unrecorded. Recordings are stored securely via Fathom and are not shared with third parties.

5. Third-party providers

We use trusted providers to operate our services:
• Webflow – website hosting + website analytics
• Google Analytics – website analytics
• CookieScript – cookie consent management
• Fathom – meeting recording and transcription

All providers comply with GDPR and act as data processors under signed agreements.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to:
• measure and improve the user experience
• remember consent preferences
• collect anonymous usage statistics

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the CookieScript banner on our site.

7. Legal basis

We process personal data based on:

• Meeting recordings are retained for 12 months and deleted thereafter
